Catalog Management
Create and manage single or multiple product catalogs for a range of diffrent target groups within a single system. Local administrators are able to manage, extend, and modify the data as required. Each customers can view a different catalog based on the login profile.

Product Data Management
Every sales channel has access to product data from the main catalog. Product catalog are managed by syndication and sharing. Syndication involves copying the data in its entirety for modification purposes, with no connection to the source. Sharing always references the data in the main catalog and thus benefits from changes made centrally. Sharing is that the product data can be enriched and modified in the individual sales channels. Centralized management of product data significantly reduces maintenance effort.

Content Management
Every page within site can be made visible to end customers. These page consists of separate sections divided into components. The precise division is defined by page types, which can vary depending on the category. Editors or site administrators can find pages with empty sections, which results in streamlined planning and management of editing activities. Each component has its own editing dialog, which can be accessed directly from the storefront

The integrated component management functionality provides an overview of all the available components and enables content editors to manage them independently of the individual pages. With content management functionalities, you can automate marketing activities or website design changes within the e-commerce application. It is also possible to present different pages to individual customers, e.g., based on membership of a particular customer group.

Orders captured online can be forwarded directly to external systems, suppliers, or your logistics provider, enabling full automation of your order process. If a customer orders products from different suppliers, the order is split and each part routed to the relevant supplier.

Your order processors can view and edit incoming orders, change the status, process individual items, and browse orders. All changes in order status can be documented.

Open and completed orders are stored in the customer's order history, which can be used by them to track the status of their orders.
